take place at Edinburgh's Hard Rock Caf� as part of the 'March On Stage'
series of live performances in aid of Nordoff-Robbins, the UK's
leading independent provider of music therapy services. We will be
headlining the gig with support from local bands The Debuts & Kessler. All

Hot on the heals of their recent special appearances with Tom Jones, Cosmic Rough
Riders are pleased to announce that they will be playing at Aberdeen's Hogmanay
celebrations this year. The event will take place at Aberdeen's Castlegate on 31st
December 2006 and marks the end of a great year for the guys.
The 25,000 capacity free outdoor show is organised by Aberdeen City Council
and Northsound Radio and further details on how to gain entry etc. will be
available online here.
However, we have been informed that entry will be on a first-come,
first-served basis with the gates opening at 7pm and the entertainment
commencing at 9pm.

The Cosmic Rough Riders have been invited to appear as special guests of Tom Jones
on his current UK tour. Although most of the dates will not conflict with the
Cosmic's own UK tour, the below dates will be re-scheduled:
- 27th October - Soundhaus, Northampton
- 28th October - Colosseum, Coventry
- 31st October - Charlotte, Leicester

The Cosmic Rough Riders are happy to announce a special acoustic show just
before they head off round the UK for their Autumn Tour. The band will be
appearing on Sunday 15th October, Live@Accoustic Pleasure at PIVO in Stirling.
Please note that the Welwyn Garden City gig on 9th November has been replaced
and the Cosmics will now appear at Little Civic in Wolverhampton instead.

road with a new Autumn UK Tour - their third tour this year! The tour will
bring the Cosmics to most major UK cities, including Liverpool, Birmingham,
Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Glasgow, where they will be playing material
from their critically acclaimed recent album
"The Stars Look Different From Down Here" as well as old favourites.
Please note that unfortunately the 'Lets Rock Edinburgh!' gig which was scheduled
to take place on 30th September has been cancelled.

Today, the Cosmic Rough Riders have stepped in at the 11th hour to play a set
at the Belladrum Festival (near Inverness) this afternoon. The Cosmics
received the last minute call today to play the 4pm slot when the
Young Knives had to pull out at the last minute.

After a storming set at T In The Park, Cosmic Rough Riders will be heading to Guildford where they will be appearing on the BBC Radio 2 Main Stage at GuilFest this weekend.There is still a chance to get your hands on tickets, check out the GuilFest website for details and full line up.

COSMICS LIVE SESSION ON BBC RADIO 2

Cosmic Rough Riders will be joining Janice Long on BBC Radio 2 this week for her early morning show on Thursday 13th July at approx. 00:15 (so tune in late Wednesday night!!).
The band will be playing a session of 3-4 tracks live on the show which starts at midnight. But don't worry, if you can't stay up that late you will be able to listen to the show again online at Janice's sessions page.

 We are delighted to announce that Cosmic Rough Riders have been confirmed to headline the ‘Futures Stage’ at this year’s T In The Park Festival, at Balado in Perthshire, Scotland on Saturday 8th July.

The Cosmics will be participating in a lineup including AHA, Embrace, and Billy Idol in the three-day event to take place across the 14th, 15th, and 16th of July. Cosmic Rough Riders are back with a bang as they recommence their tour in anticipation of their upcoming album The Stars Look Different From Down Here (out 22nd May) and single In Time (out 8th May). The tour resumed from a brief hiatus last night at London’s Brixton Windmill to much praise and will continue up and down the UK until mid-April. Join the band at any of the live venues listed in the 'Diary' section and keep checking back for news on rescheduled dates.

Although Cosmic Rough Riders frontman Stephen Fleming is most definitely on the mend, he has been advised by doctors that he needs to rest up for another week. This means that, unfortunately, we have to cancel this week’s gigs, with the tour commencing again from Monday 27 th March at London Brixton Windmill.
We are working hard to reschedule all the cancelled dates and will keep you updated with news as it comes in.
